Professional Carpet Cleaning You Can Trust

There are many options for carpet cleaning and even steam cleaning available on the market. This does not mean that all options are created equally, however. Colossal Carpet Care follows a dual process carpet cleaning method that is the best in the industry. We don’t just spray on soap and then rinse it away. Check out our detailed carpet cleaning process below!

Heat

Extreme heat from the steam, not only cleans, but disinfects your carpets. The heat also helps lift old stains from pet urine, spills, and more to help restore your carpet’s new look!

Water Pressure

We set our water pressure to fit your specific fiber. This means increasing pressure for thicker matted carpets and decreasing pressure for fine rugs and thinner carpets.

Suction

Lastly, our powerful truck-mounted commercial systems create suction that is second-to-none. Your carpet will dry within hours, not days after a cleaning.

Our Dual-Process carpet cleaning method is second to none. We use a Truck-mounted Steam Cleaning unit that is very powerful. It has the heat, water pressure, and suction to get the job done right! But there’s more to it than that. We don’t just spray on soap and quickly rinse it away. We thoroughly clean your carpet to the highest standards in the industry!

The lead technician that comes to your home has been certified by the IICRC and personally trained by Colossal Carpet Care’s owner, Kyle Haver.

  • Pet Urine
  • Wine
  • Coffee
  • Grease
  • and more!

These all require different carpet cleaning approaches and know-how to remove properly. We know which products can be used on which fibers to achieve the best possible results.

Carpet Cleaning Process

You clean your carpets regularly with a vacuum and maybe even a steam cleaner, but they never really look like new again do they? That is because these home machines don’t have the capacity to get all the contaminants that are stuck really deep in the carpet pile.

After we have inspected your carpet and determined which fiber it’s made of we then choose the proper detergent for your specific carpet fiber.

After applying the correct detergent, we use a CRB (Counter Rotating Brushes) machine to massage the detergents deep into the carpet fibers. This not only helps remove dry soils your vacuum has left behind, but it also helps restore the pile of your carpet. This process ensures that the detergents are applied properly and thoroughly. Only now are we at the point where we use our powerful, truck-mounted machine to rinse and dry your carpet. Your carpets will not only look like new, but this cleaning process has proven to extend the life of your carpet!
